Kid’s classes are Monday-Friday. 4pm is kids 7-10 years old and 5pm is 11 and up.
Adult classes are 6-7:15pm Monday-Friday. With open mat available M/W/F from 9-10am and Saturday 10-12pm.
Private classes are available. Please call for scheduling and price.
